DoubleVerify was looking to expand their real estate footprint in New York to accommodate their growing team. Having worked with us on their other location in the city, DoubleVerify was comfortable with our integrated approach and knew we could complete the project on time and within budget without sacrificing on quality.
Our existing partnership enabled us to increase efficiency from the beginning of the process. Continuous communication and design and cost transparency with DoubleVerify’s decision making team, the site team, building management, and consultants mitigated potential risks and led to a seamless delivery.
The DoubleVerify team wanted their new space to feel like an addition of their other New York office. Using the same millwork, branding and furniture as their other location, our project team was able to create the same sense of culture for DoubleVerify’s team and clients.
The office layout includes tech-enabled meeting rooms that overlook the city, an integrated café that breaks up the space for socializing and connecting, and various seating areas where staff can focus or relax. Vibrant graphics and thoughtfully placed color accents are featured throughout the workplace to showcase the DoubleVerify brand.
