Our client, a global investment management company, has a time-honored tradition of serving a wide range of institutional clients around the world. As their business model was changing they wanted a workplace that reflected their collegial and collaborative culture.
They partnered with Unispace to give them a fresh perspective and restack 18 floors of their global headquarters. Instead of having departments located on one floor, our team worked with the client to co-locate multiple groups that worked together and create a workspace that cultivates cross-departmental collaboration.
All groups were evaluated individually so that their workspace aligns with how they work. For example, the 16th floor is completely open office while other floors feature a hybrid floorplan with open workspace and enclosed offices. The project features a full-service cafeteria and coffee shop that are easily accessible to the new state-of-the-art 400-person tiered auditorium.
Our team worked together to create a modern, sophisticated atmosphere that creates spaces where various groups can connect and support this financial institution as they evolve.
