PwC is engaged in a global campaign to reduce the number of private offices they use, increasing collaborative space allocation and offering staff greater access to amenities.
Our reach and seamless integration of strategy, design and delivery has allowed us to rapidly and efficiently deploy new non-dedicated workplace standards for PwC’s Dublin office: efficiency of space utilisation was a key focus, reducing real estate footprint and associated costs, as well as enabling staff well-being.
The greatest human and operational benefits of the space were achieved by moving partners out of offices and into an open workfloor. This shift was made possible by increasing technology and AV capabilities for the business, as well as providing shared quiet rooms and increasing the count for informal meeting spaces.
Collaboration is at the heart of how we work and each project pairs our staff with a local client steering committee. With PwC, we worked together through strategy meetings, design and delivery phases, connecting with diverse stakeholders to successfully achieve project outcomes.
