How can companies support women in the workplace?

Organizations are no strangers to challenges with the workplace experience, advancement opportunities and equitable pay for the female workforce. The pandemic has caused an onset of additional hurdles and setbacks with nearly 1 million women (as of September 2020) putting their professional careers on hold to take on the role of the primary caregiver. As companies become more focused on building out DE&I initiatives and programs, what can they do to support and ensure women keep excelling in the workplace?

Our expert panel of thought leaders will share insights, ideas, and solutions, providing attendees with a toolkit to create change in the workplace. They’ll discuss how to:

  • Design workplaces with inclusivity in mind
  • Develop new competencies to navigate biases
  • Foster collaborative experiences through flexible workplace solutions
  • Drive long-term success using recruiting, retention, and mentorship
