The International Architecture & Design Awards (IADA), organised by the Architecture & Design Community (ADC), has announced the winners of its 2025 edition. With over 300 shortlisted entries from more than 45 countries, IADA continues to showcase the very best in contemporary architecture and design.
We’re proud to share that Unispace received Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze awards across a range of categories for four of our projects!
- Platinum | Executive & Boardroom Interiors
Zoom Video Communications, Inc. partnered with workplace design & build leader Unispace and experience design agency Downstream to create its new London office to shape the future of work and collaboration, and place Zoom’s industry-leading technology at its heart for its UK employees and visitors.
Occupying 18,000-square-feet on the sixth-floor of Mid-City Place in the heart of London, Zoom’s new London space showcases Zoom’s latest technology, product solutions, and innovation to anyone who visits the space. The office is divided into two areas, an employee office space (the Engagement Hub) and client Experience Centre (EC). See more here.

Tripadvisor recognised the need to adapt its Oxford office to better align with the changing dynamics of the modern workplace. To address this, Tripadvisor embarked on a strategic project to reimagine and condense their office space, aiming to create a workplace that reflects both their innovative spirit and the sophisticated ambiance of a high-end hotel. Smith+Nephew Academy | Munich, Germany
- Silver | Corporate Interior Design
Smith+Nephew was looking to create its flagship European facility to provide doctors from around the world with a space for training and research and development (R&D). This groundbreaking facility serves as a pivotal hub, connecting healthcare professionals with Smith+Nephew's global marketing and R&D teams. The project has established an advanced centre for surgical innovation and training. See more here.
Boston Scientific Institute for Advancing Science | Madrid, Spain

In 2020, Boston Scientific embarked on a transformative journey to redefine its workspace environment, beginning with the design and implementation of its three-floor workplace in Madrid —a strategic shift from traditional cubicles to an agile working model.
Building on this success, Boston Scientific has now introduced its Institute for Advancing Science (IAS) suite on the ground floor of their Madrid workplace. Designed as a hub for doctors, clients, and trainees, this innovative space offers an immersive environment where users can effectively learn to utilise Boston Scientific’s products. See more here.
