Marianne Weiss, an award-winning creator, comes to Unispace with 20 + years of design experience. She brings her expertise working with world renown companies and knowledge of the Boston market to our local teams to help grow our regional presence and create seamless cross-discipline collaboration.
Marianne joins Unispace from Gensler, where her role as Associate, Design Director included directing projects in workplace design, health & wellness, and hospitality. Using her mastery of the subtle dimensions of brand and story at Gensler, she elevated the role of interior design, developing studio point-of-views, and new work portfolios. Prior to Gensler, Marianne was a design team leader at Elkus Manfredi Architects, where her focus was creating signature environments for her clients.

In addition to her expansive experience, Marianne is an active member of the Boston design community, serving on the New England IIDA (IIDANE) chapter and on the WELL advisory board. She believes in the importance of giving back to her trade, mentoring rising designers and freely sharing her expertise in design. Her depth of knowledge of design and the local market will continue to bring Unispace to the forefront of the Boston design community.
