Unispace Appoints Paul Marshall as Chief Executive Officer, Asia
Singapore, 1 June 2026 — Unispace today announced the appointment of Paul Marshall as Chief Executive Officer, Asia, effective today. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Paul will lead the company’s strategic growth, client engagement, operations, and market expansion across Asia.
Paul brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across workplace strategy, managed offices, project delivery, and real estate solutions throughout Asia Pacific. He joins Unispace with a strong track record of scaling regional businesses, building high-performing teams, and delivering award-winning outcomes for multinational and Fortune 500 clients.
Prior to joining Unispace, Paul served as Executive Director, Managed APAC, at The Instant Group, where he led the rapid expansion of the company’s APAC business from a single client location to more than 1.1 million square feet across eight countries, supporting more than 15,000 users across the region. The business delivered sustained double-digit annual growth, achieved significant EBITDA expansion, and built a substantial regional order book across Asia Pacific.
He also played a key role in expanding the company’s Kuala Lumpur operations and building a 30-person multidisciplinary regional team. During this time, projects under his leadership received multiple International Property Awards, including Commercial Office of the Year in 2019 and 2021.
Before joining The Instant Group, Paul spent 16 years with ISG Plc as Country Manager for Malaysia, where he led the delivery of more than 450 projects across the office, retail, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. His portfolio included landmark large-scale headquarters developments and critical national infrastructure projects, including major data centre facilities, while also establishing industry-leading health and safety standards and driving consistent EBITDA growth.
In his new role, Paul will oversee Unispace’s Asia business, with a focus on deepening client relationships, enhancing customer experience, accelerating regional growth, and strengthening the company’s integrated approach to strategy, design, and delivery.
