BT's flagship Singapore office acts as their regional hub for cyber security, complete with a customer experience center.

As one of the world's leading telecommunications companies, BT has over 80,000 employees worldwide. Their people are at the heart of the business; a global community of dedicated innovators and beacons of their brand.

In Singapore, BT required a space that would act as their regional cyber security hub, supporting 300 highly skilled staff and a growing list of customers in the region with resilient connectivity, cloud services and world class security.

The project timeframe was tight. BT needed to be in their new space within three months, and Unispace was appointed based on our ability to adapt to the challenging program. By fast-tracking the design process, we were able to complete both design and documentation over a three week period.

Unispace followed BT's global office design guidelines, which included their signature red phonebooth. Their guidelines were layered with a look and feel unique to Singapore, with a vibrant, multi-culture flare used to brighten the sleek, modern space.

It was important for the business to build cohesion across teams, so collaborative spaces were incorporated throughout the office to allow more opportunity for people to come together to socialise, solve complex problems and have informal meetings.

An interactive experience center was created near reception complete with high-definition touch screen technology, to allow BT to showcase their products and services to their people and customers.
