Delta Insurance are a specialist insurance agency providing services to businesses across Asia-Pacific. With an upcoming lease expiry, Delta Insurance relocated to the Vero Centre, owned by Kiwi Property, in Auckland CBD.
The move aligns with the firm's future objectives, ensuring there is room for growth and expansion, while supporting community, wellbeing and performance.
Engaged to provide strategy, design and construction services, Unispace were tasked with creating a workplace that supports excellence, connections and performance.
An extensive strategy phase was undertaken to understand the firm's current position and what the objectives and goals are, ensuring that the design will meet these needs. This phase included a leadership visioning workshop, Auckland staff survey, potential property analysis, workshops and workplace tours of some of our recently completed Auckland projects, to ensure the final outcome aligns with Delta Insurance's key objectives.
This in-depth strategy engagement resulted in clear design drivers for the project:

3. Supporting wellbeing
The workplace design thoughtfully integrates Delta Insurance's brand colours, biophilia and curated details work together to create a welcoming, brand-aligned space for their staff, clients and visitors.
The project was completed under-budget and 10 days early with a 12 week construction programme. An amazing achievement for the Unispace Auckland project team.
