Expanding the capacity of the facility enhances efficiency.

Engaged for conceptual and detailed design services, our team worked with the client to redevelop the project to add new equipment and process facilities to improve compliance and operational efficiencies. The project provides more chilling capacity, increases production from 60m-100m units, adds a new compounding suite, new WFI generation and distribution, new high speed filling line, two new 8 place autoclaves, automated loading and unloading system, and new internal clean rooms.

The €50 million project was delivered over 20 months in a multi-phased approach to minimize disruption to the client's operations and ensure that production could continue throughout the project.
