Fortinet
Unispace delivered an elegant and welcoming workplace that now provides a strong sense of belonging for Fortinet’s people.
Understanding the brief
Following a successful delivery of their new workplace in Rome, we collaborated with Fortinet to relocate their Milan offices. Fortinet’s main goal was to create a new space that would cater for their people’s needs and work preferences, enhancing collaboration through an open space.
A welcoming space for visitors
Paramount to this project was to create a warm and welcoming space for people to enjoy. Hence, the ‘Front of House’ was designed as an elegant area to welcome and greet clients, creating a great first impression to those entering the building.
A home for their people
The break area, part of the ‘Back of House’, was transformed into an informal bistro with fabric panelling, benches, high stools and coffee tables to create a multifunctional, desirable, and engaging
space that both employees and clients could enjoy.
Enhancing Fortinet’s identity
We drew from Fortinet’s style and branding to develop the colour palette that was incorporated throughout the workplace by combining their primary and secondary colours together.
Red accents, such as rugs, chairs, walls and acoustic boiserie, can be found in each area of the workplace to enhance a sense of belonging and an immediate connection with the brand.
A successful collaboration
Since moving into their new workplace, Fortinet has seen an increase of their people’s happiness and productivity.
Having found a partner that is capable of redesigning all their offices by keeping them all about Fortinet with a local touch, the organisation has chosen to collaborate with Unispace to renovate more of their various European locations across Italy, France and Spain.
