A sophisticated retail brand demands a work environment that turns its back on the ordinary. Our strategists began the process by partnering with key stakeholders to develop extensive studies of three locations under consideration. An in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis then enabled Michael Kors’ leadership to select a site that would accommodate their program well into the future, maximise branding opportunities and fulfil their aesthetic agenda.
Our designers leveraged the chosen location’s diverse architectural canvas to incorporate dramatic branding in the atrium, reception and common areas, while showcasing vaulted ceilings and architectural glass facades in the retail and office spaces.
An aggressive delivery programme was deployed to ensure the completion of the project would coincide with the start of London Fashion Week. The six week schedule is a testament to the ability of our integrated methodology to deliver exceptional results within a constrained timeframe.
