In the Post-Covid ‘return to work’ world, after experiencing rapid growth, Partners Life engaged Unispace for services from Strategy through to Construction. This included a property assessment to determine whether their current premises was still fit-for-purpose or if a relocation was necessary.

Our strategy findings recommended that Partners Life relocate to a new 2,680sqm premises located on the beachfront of one of Auckland's most popular and picturesque beaches with panoramic views across the water and Auckland city.

Moving into a new workplace meant risking the loss of Partners Life's long-established vibrant, friendly, and humble culture. It was critical that their culture was maintained and elevated by the increase in space, cultivating pride in their people. 

Partners Life's Auckland workplace is centered on five guiding design principles:

The project was completed on-time and on-budget with construction completed within 14 weeks. The result is a home away from home, in a world where hybrid working has tipped the scale for many businesses, Partners Life is a healthy, vibrant environment that encourages wellbeing and connection.
