Unispace were engaged for the strategy, design and construction of Rabobank's relocation within Wellington CBD's NTT Tower.
As part of Rabobank's national roll-out of their new way of working, the Wellington workplace took learnings from the recently completed Hamilton HQ to create a flexible, collaborative, open-plan environment. Supporting connection, innovation and connecting their staff and clients to the Rabobank brand were key drivers of the new workplace.
Bringing Rabobank's rural and agricultural roots to life was a key component of the design. The material palette reflects Rabobank's brand through an organic, natural base palette, earthy tones and greenery.
The introduction of various work-settings, a dedicated social hub, collaboration spaces and seamless technology creates a workplace that fosters connection and innovation. Rabobank's call centre function has a dedicated space, enabling the team to operate smoothly and continue to deliver exceptional service.
The Unispace project team delivered the workplace on-time and on-budget, resulting in a 10/10 client feedback score.
Exceptional health and safety standards were upheld throughout construction, resulting in a 97% external H&S audit score.
