ANSR Wins Coworking Space Design of the Year at the 16th Realty+ Excellence Awards 2024 (SOUTH)

At the 16th Realty+ Excellence Awards 2024 (SOUTH), ANSR was honored with the Coworking Space Design of the Year award, recognizing the innovative and visionary design of their new managed office space. In collaboration with ANSR, Unispace has created a workspace that goes beyond traditional managed office space environments, blending functionality, luxury, and hospitality to inspire collaboration, creativity, and employee wellbeing. 

A Vision for the Future of Managed Office Space

ANSR’s goal was to create a shared workspace that went beyond the ordinary, blending cutting-edge design with a hospitality-driven environment. We wanted a space that not only increased productivity but also fostered creativity, collaboration, and wellbeing. The result? A modern, flexible office that’s as beautiful as it is functional—an inspiring environment where employees feel motivated to do their best work.

Our design strategy was driven by several key priorities:

• Flexibility: Adaptable workspaces for a dynamic, hybrid workforce
• Collaboration: Tech-enabled spaces designed to foster connections between remote and in-office staff
• Wellness: Thoughtful, ergonomic design elements promoting employee health and comfort
• Hospitality: A welcoming atmosphere with high-end finishes that evoke a sense of luxury and warmth
• Brand Integration: Design elements that reflect ANSR’s values and corporate culture

The Design Process

To bring this vision to life, our design team worked closely with ANSR to understand their needs, ensuring every decision supported their long-term goals. From the luxurious marble flooring to the inviting Work Café and ergonomic furnishings, every detail was carefully curated to create a seamless, immersive experience. The goal was not just to create a workspace, but to craft an environment that made employees feel inspired and connected.
