The 2021 finalists of the New Zealand Interior Design Awards have been announced, with two Unispace projects in the running.
The Interior Awards puts the pressure on the shortlisted designers by live streaming the interview process. Each finalist is given 10 minutes to present their project, followed by five minutes of intense questioning from the five industry judges. Unispace will be presenting both projects on Tuesday 19 May, between 15:05 – 15:55 NZST (a link will be posted when released by the Awards organisers).
Globally-recognised game developers RocketWerkz are shortlisted in the Workplace Over 1,000sqm category for their ‘portal to another world’ penthouse workplace in the Auckland’s newest CBD development, Commercial Bay. Our second finalist is the Auckland Spine Surgery Centre. We worked with these clinicians to transform a dysfunctional warehouse concrete shell into premium prosthetic centre and surgeon’s consulting rooms. View their project case studies here.
Congratulations to both RocketWerkz and the Auckland Spinal Surgery Centre, shortlisting in these categories makes them one of the best three new projects for workplaces over 1,000sqm and Healthcare and Wellness centres in New Zealand.
