Silver Fern Farms is one of New Zealand's biggest producers and procurers of premium grass-fed meat with operations globally. Ōtorohanga is a close-knit and proud community with a strong connection to the land and its modern history. The community administration offices were at the end of their life and impacted the staff’s ability to serve the community. Our team upgraded the existing building, modernizing it and making it fit-for-purpose – giving the building another 50 years of operation.
