Unispace appoints Kesh Prabhakar as Chief Commercial Officer

LONDON, August 2026Unispace, a global leader in integrated workplace strategy, design and delivery, today announced the appointment of Kesh Prabhakar as Chief Commercial Officer.

“Kesh understands both sides of our business,” said Paul Saville-King, Group CEO at Unispace. “He knows how a project actually gets delivered, and he knows how to build a proposition clients will invest in. That combination is rare, and it is exactly what we need as we sharpen what our integrated model returns for clients.”

Kesh joins Unispace with more than 20 years of experience across real estate and the built environment. He most recently led product and offer development at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, building new commercial propositions for occupier clients. Before that, he was a Director at JLL, where he led the firm's EMEA occupier cost management team in London. He began his career as a chartered quantity surveyor at Faithful+Gould, honed his strategic mindset with an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School, and most recently studied product leadership at MIT.

“I joined Unispace because of the scale of what we can build here,” said Kesh Prabhakar. “My focus comes down to two things: creating value for our clients, and using that to grow and scale Unispace globally. My ambition is to build lasting momentum and impact.”

As Chief Commercial Officer, Kesh's remit is two-pronged: value creation and growth. He will lead development of Unispace's product strategy and its future propositions, oversee global marketing plans, build key strategic partnerships, drive the group's transformation workstreams, and curate group strategy alongside the measures that track its effectiveness.

Kesh joins the Executive Committee and reports to Saville-King. He is based in London and will spend his first global trip with studio teams in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, before visiting our US studios later in the year.
