Celebrating eight wins across four projects
Arup, Dentons, Harbour Cancer, HW Richardson, and the Unispace New Zealand project teams celebrated eight award wins at the recent New Zealand Commercial Project Awards.
The annual Commercial Project Awards, operated by the Registered Master Builders Association, sets the benchmark for commercial construction in New Zealand, recognizing teamwork and innovation across the building industry.
Arup's Auckland workplace was the highest achiever on the night, receiving five awards, including the coveted Supreme Award; presented to the most outstanding entries of the competition. In addition, demonstrating the true value of the Unispace model, Arup also received the Value Award ($1m-3m).
Wellbeing, value, and community were key themes throughout the winning projects, each project a testament to the expertise, dedication, and collaboration of the project teams, clients, partners, and sub-contractors.
Congratulations to all the 2024 winners and a big thank you to the judges, the New Zealand Commercial Project Awards, and to our clients and partners for their support and dedication.
