We're delighted to announce the appointment of Fee Clarke and Victoria McAnulty to Principal, Strategy for Unispace New Zealand.
Both Fee and Victoria are instrumental in strengthening our strategy offering, and their appointment reflects Unispace's continued commitment to data-driven, values-oriented workplace design and construction.

Fee Clarke, Principal, Strategy
Fee joins Unispace from PwC, where she has been working at the intersection of engagement, spatial design, experience design and strategy. With over a decade of experience leading people-centred spatial and experience design strategies across the private and public sectors, Fee brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, executive advisory and award-winning design leadership to the role.
Fee’s portfolio includes ASB Bank’s Future retail branch offering and Air New Zealand’s groundbreaking future cabin design; demonstrating the creation of high-impact spatial, service and user experience strategies to drive measurable business outcomes.

Victoria McAnulty, Principal, Strategy
A cultural strategist, storyteller and long-time collaborator across the built environment, Victoria partners with leaders navigating the future of work through workplace strategy, organisational culture and community-centred design.
Since joining Unispace in 2024, she has delivered strategy and change management engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients including NZ Police, Massey University, ASB, Samsung, Precinct and Watercare.
Vic has visibly helped clients strengthen engagement, achieve business alignment and created a measurable sense of belonging. She champions purpose, place and people-led spaces at every turn.
