The next generation of leadership at Unispace New Zealand

New Managing Director, Harry Rowntree, is joined by Heads of Delivery and Client Solutions, Arwen Dickinson, and Luke Rogers.

Experienced across the design and construction sector, all three senior leaders have been instrumental in Unispace’s growth in New Zealand in the last 12 years, and its position as one of the premier workplace design and construction specialists in the country.

Harry enters this role after six years as Regional Principal of Design, having led the team to deliver award-winning projects for clients including the Bank of New Zealand (BNZ), PwC, Suncorp, Jarden, Westpac, RocketWerkz, and Auckland Spine Surgery Centre. 

Highly regarded within the wider design industry and Unispace, Harry leads by example; inspiring innovation, openness, and a desire to achieve more.

Arwen Dickinson, Head of Delivery, New Zealand

Having joined Unispace in 2017, Arwen has led the construction team to deliver projects with the highest standard of quality and health and safety standards and has established strong partnerships with public and private sector clients including Kāinga Ora, Bank of New Zealand (BNZ), The Warehouse Group, HEB Construction, and Woolworths. 

In 2021, Arwen’s team delivered 27 workplace projects with 100% delivered on time; one quarter ahead of schedule. Of these projects, 100% were completed with 7 or fewer defects. 

As Head of Delivery, Arwen leads the pre-construction and construction team nationally, with a focus on minimizing risk during the pandemic and global supply chain issues and continuing to provide an outstanding client experience and integrating Lean into our unique methodology.  

Arwen also serves as a member of the NZ Institute of Quantity Surveying and the National Association of Women in Construction, continuing her stewardship for women in the industry.

Luke Rogers, Head of Client Solutions, New Zealand

In his new role as Head of Client Solutions, Luke will lead the Client Engagement, Client Development, and Strategy teams nationally, with a focus on strengthening new industry verticals and leveraging global insights to benefit organizations in New Zealand.   

Luke has held senior positions as Principal of Client Development and Principal of Delivery at Unispace since 2014. He has been instrumental in developing many of the risk management systems and processes for the continuous improvement of our unique methodology.  

Luke’s background in project management, allows him to approach real estate problems proactively and drive quality-focused outcomes. Bringing together account management and workplace strategy, Luke will drive strategic partnerships to continue to raise the benchmark on portfolio management across private, public, and landlord sectors.
