Marco Francalanci

 As Regional Director of Southern Europe, Marco leads strategic initiatives and is active in shaping and refining Unispace’s processes and methodologies, through insightful discussions and collaborations.

 Marco joined Unispace in 2018 as a Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience in the office fit-out industry. He was a crucial part in leading and executing the project delivery strategy up to the construction phase, focusing primarily on cost control and programme management. Since then, Marco has also been acting Principal Project Manager for Southern Europe where he oversaw strategic direction and execution of projects across the region, ensuring they meet Unispace’s high standards for quality, efficiency, and innovation.
