Together, we’re channeling the spirit of New York City to help this workplace-as-a-service company re-imagine the way businesses do business.

Our client is a leading provider of purpose built meeting and conference spaces whose explosive growth is fueled by the belief that design, service and event location drive collaboration and successful business outcomes.

We were engaged to design their latest venue in Midtown Manhattan as part of a successful, ongoing relationship spanning multiple New York locations. We’re proud to have developed a partnership with a client who, like us, is seeking to reinvent the way people think about space and the way is work is done.

Like all of their spaces, the new Midtown venue breaks from the stereotype of on-demand corporate conference centers. Instead, the loft-style space encourages a relaxed and friendly meeting experience with amenities such as a built-in display cooking area, bars with beer taps, meeting planner stations and a library.

The venue also features a variety of niches complete with integrated, state of-the-art technology to accommodate exhibits, product launches, conferences and events of varying scales.

Aesthetically, the location combines the best of uptown and downtown New York through a nuanced collection of eclectic elements and curated art. The design also introduces a “space within a space” concept complete with a fireplace, distinctive wall coverings, custom lighting and plush lounge seating to accommodate executive retreats and private evening receptions.
