DocuSign looked to create a supportive and energised workplace to cater for their growth in Paris. The outcome delivers a transparent, flexible and interactive environment.

DocuSign is changing how business gets done by empowering more than 300,000 companies and 200 million users in 188 countries to sign, send and manage documents anytime, anywhere, on any device, with confidence.

The company replaces printing, faxing, scanning and overnighting documents with the easiest, fastest, most trusted way to make every approval and decision digital. Due to a lease expiry and further growth of the company, DocuSign made the decision to relocate to a more supportive space, catering for up to 100 employees and covering over 1,300 sqm.

Following global collaboration the successful delivery of a project in the Asia Pacific region, we were appointed in Paris to assist with the programming, planning, design, budgeting and scheduling work required to meet DocuSign’s target occupancy date. We also managed the delivery of this project, FF&E and move management.

Our client brief focused on creating a contemporary and light-filled workplace. Taking into consideration the nature of the technology industry, we created a workplace which feels supportive and approachable.

We created a tranquil and friendly atmosphere breaking down corporate notions and helping to attract a diverse talent base through relaxed and interactive areas and varying work typologies, including open plan space, open and closed meeting zones, a games room, lounge and kitchen/cafe space.

Crisp white walls are complimented with shades of blue and grey. The project team also incorporated parquetry timber flooring to introduce a local flavour to the Parisian workspace.

The workplace was delivered within a tight timeframe and the new space perfectly reflects the original intent of the brief.
