We teamed up with Galderma again to roll out their global design standards in a new U.S. headquarters. 

Creating consistency across global workspaces

After helping Galderma, a leader in the dermatology space, establish their office design guidelines and implement them in a pilot location in Europe, Galderma engaged us again to design and deliver their new U.S. ​headquarters in Dallas. 

Our strategy team was given clear direction from Galderma’s stakeholders about the goals for the space, including that it: 

  • Reflects their brand aesthetic and values
  • Fosters a sense of community and belonging 
  • Supports remote and hybrid working, redefining the purpose of the office in a post-COVID landscape

Delivering a solution that met Galderma’s expectations

Having previously developed Galderma‘s office design standards, we seamlessly translated them into the new Dallas space on the 16th and 17th floors of the Trammell Crow Center.

To foster a sense of community and belonging, we created neighborhoods that give staff choice regarding where and how they work; each neighborhood includes unassigned workstations, collaboration and huddle areas, height-adjustable stations, phone rooms, and amenities at an arm’s reach.

In the core of the building, staff can find inclusive and wellness-focused spaces, including mothers’ rooms, single-stall gender-neutral bathrooms, and a large ADA-accessible space that can be used for prayer, yoga, or other functions. 

To enable easy collaboration with remote and global teams, the office is integrated with technology. A notably innovative space is the training production room equipped with audio and visual technology, supporting in-person, recorded, and live-streamed product demonstrations. 

We brought out Galderma’s brand aesthetic with a clean and minimalistic Japandi style design, incorporating natural lines and a neutral color palette that evoke the atmosphere of a spa where Galderma’s products would be used and showcased. 

A cutting-edge workplace that reflects a premium brand

The grand opening of Galderma's Dallas office is a testament to the success of the project, and the impact of the solution is palpable. The design creates a welcoming environment, offers a better user experience, and portrays Galderma as a luxury brand to their employees and to the public.  

The project’s acclaim led Galderma to continue their partnership with us. We are currently working on five other locations across Europe, Asia, and Australia, applying the consistent Galderma aesthetic that can be felt when entering any of their offices globally.
