TaskUs's new space in the Santa Monica airport enables take-off for future growth.

TaskUs is a next generation, international experience outsourcing organization providing Ridiculously Good strategy, business process optimization, and technology to deliver transformational, digital scale for startups. Focused on guiding the world’s most disruptive businesses to rocket past their competitors, TaskUs prides themselves on being digital masters, brave innovators, culture builders, and startup and scale specialists.

TaskUs partnered with Unispace to bring their workplace vision to life, reflecting their rapidly growing company and innovative business model. Their search for expanded space landed them in an unorthodox location - an old restaurant in the Santa Monica airport redevelopment. The space is rich with local history and sweeping panoramic views, an analogy for showcasing their global presence and interconnectedness of our world.

Employing full methodology, our strategy, design, and construction teams worked together to transform the space into a functioning office, overcoming structural challenges and regulatory requirements early in the project to make sure the office was completed on time and within budget.

We maximized the unique location of the space, angling workstations so they face the airport runway and provide access to natural light. A mix of collaborative areas and small huddle rooms throughout the space support their goals for future growth, while bright accents, creative lighting fixtures, and plywood finishes give the workplace a truly tech startup vibe.

The TaskUs team loves the new space, dubbed “TaskForce One”, reminding them of where they started, where they are now, and their vision for the future.
