Since 1983, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum has recognized commercial real estate female professionals for their remarkable achievements. The annual GlobeSt. Women of Influence awards celebrate the women who are driving the commercial real estate industry forward. These leaders are breaking the glass ceiling, affecting change around critical issues like diversity in upper management, creating inclusive environments, and impacting the future of the CRE landscape.

We’re excited to announce Tracy Lea Neff, Director of Operations, Americas was selected as an award winner for the Development Professional category in the GlobeSt. Women of Influence Awards.

Tracy is a role model in the industry with more than 25 years of experience leading in a traditionally male-dominated field. She leverages her unique mix of strategic, practical, and analytical expertise to head up operations in the Americas and manage our teams and vendors.

Tracy has always been a voice leading the charge at Unispace. She’s constantly looking for new  ways to improve our processes and create an exceptional experience. She inspires those she  leads with her forward-thinking and proactive attitude. It’s an honor to work alongside someone  who has had such a tremendous impact on the industry and our business.  – Ryan Caffyn-Parsons, Managing Director, Americas

During the pandemic, she led and executed some of our largest workplace projects and took on different obstacles to enable her teams to quickly adapt. Tracy challenged her teams to push the boundaries using technology and workplace intelligence to keep projects moving forward seamlessly. She also worked closely with our Senior Safety Manager to develop a strategy to address new regulations on sites and led the North America emergency response team to ensure the safety of studio staff.

Since her appointment as Operations Director, she’s driven regional initiatives and improved processes, focusing on investing in diversity, equity, and inclusion with our people, supporting clients, and boosting operational excellence across all aspects of the business. Above all, her main objective is continuous improvement to ensure an ideal client experience.

It’s clear to me that a diverse company with a diverse leadership team will truly be the key to future success. – Tracy Lea Neff, Director of Operations, Americas

Congratulations, Tracy on your well-deserved recognition!
