Celebrating 12 months in Asia

With the opening of two new studios in Singapore and Hong Kong, and 14 projects underway across the region, we've seen an incredible journey of growth in Asia over the past 12 months. This expansion complements our existing presence regionally in Australia and New Zealand, and globally brings us to 49 studios across 23 countries.

“Our Singapore and Hong Kong studios have been servicing local clientele as well as multinational clients looking to transform or deliver a new workplace within the region, reinforcing our proven track record of delivering high-quality projects around the world,” says Charles Hales, Unispace’s Global CEO and Managing Director, APAC.

Within 12 months our team has completed workplace projects in Japan, Malaysia, China, Singapore and Hong Kong. “The agility and nimbleness we demonstrate as a global firm enables us to respond to our clients demands,” says Charles. “And putting clients’ needs first requires us to be right there on the ground to support them.”

Our global presence offers multinational clients a consistent process and approach, with all of the benefits of a single partner, wherever they need a project delivered. However, we also pride ourselves on our ability to interpret brands locally. Far from rolling out cookie-cutter plans for a client around the world, we deliver people-centred, culturally sensitive workspaces which take into account local characteristics, cultural norms and ways of working. From inception to project completion, our unique methodology allows us to handle everything from workplace strategy to design and delivery; offering an integrated risk-free solution, wherever our clients are based.
