Senior appointments within EMEA leadership team

Unispace has announced the senior appointment of Lawrence Mohiuddine as Regional Managing Director, EMEA.

Lawrence succeeds Anthony Hazell who has taken on the role of Global Director, Strategic Clients, as part of an ongoing initiative to expand Unispace’s growing international client base.

Gareth Hales, Global CEO, said: “As part of our commitment to focus on international growth, I am excited to announce an addition to our global team with the appointment of Anthony, and a strong new recruit in the form of Lawrence to Unispace in EMEA.

“The Unispace EMEA business has grown under Anthony’s stewardship over the past six years. As a business that is focused on servicing a growing global client base, Anthony will now apply his expertise to the strategic development of international accounts. In this expanded role, Anthony will be working with key clients to deliver quality solutions.

Lawrence joins Unispace after more than 20 years in the Commercial Real Estate sector, where he held roles at two leading corporations, Morgan Lovell and Maris Interiors, where he was Managing Partner. In 2013 Lawrence started his own project management practice, competing with multi-nationals to secure stand out industry engagements.

“Lawrence is no stranger to Unispace or our market. He has a long history in the industry, with a deep focus on project management for leading clients across the Commercial Property and Real Estate sector,” explained Charles Hales, Global CEO & Managing Director, APAC.

“Unispace’s unique model sets us apart in the industry and has created a very compelling reason to join the team. The Unispace approach has developed in response to market demand and it has resonated with both clients and new recruits to the business. I look forward to seeing both Anthony and Lawrence in their new roles, as we embark on this new stage of the Unispace journey.”
