Ian Worthy

Ian has helped to transform over 25 workplaces across the Asia Pacific region, and he holds over 30 years’ of in depth knowledge and experience in workplace transformation. Ian is an accomplished interior designer and workplace strategist, working with businesses experiencing organizational and workplace change, ensuring knowledge and information transfer is accurately interpreted. Much of Ian’s project work has focused on multi-site accommodation strategies supported by design-based change management programs.
