Our next phase of growth - Justin Tydeman joins as Unispace Group CEO; Steve Quick to transition to Board Advisor
We are pleased to share that Justin Tydeman will join Unispace Group as Group CEO, starting in early April. Steve Quick, Unispace Group’s CEO over the last four years, will continue to remain closely involved as an advisor to the Unispace Group Board of Directors.
We are excited for our clients and colleagues to get to know and work with Justin. Justin is a highly experienced CEO, with 15 years in CEO roles. He has a strong track record of driving sustainable growth and customer-focus in service businesses. Justin has held leadership roles in international market leaders in facilities services, including Compass Group, Selecta and PHS. He brings deep experience of what makes a great workplace.
Justin is passionate about driving organizational engagement and alignment – all with a focus on quality, safety, and the customer experience. He is committed to our clients realizing the full benefits of working with Unispace across our diverse service lines, and to developing the people and teams that propel our business. Justin is passionate about the inclusivity, sustainability and culture that are core to our colleagues and our impact as a global organization.
As Steve hands the baton to Justin, we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished under his leadership. We have expanded our service offering to our clients into new verticals and new markets with intentional organic growth and key acquisitions. We have grown the number of clients and strategic accounts who return to us for repeat projects – all with a focus on putting the client first. We have also focused on how we create a culture of engagement, inclusivity, belonging, and impact for our people, and how we support our clients to do the same. We look forward to his continued support as Board Advisor.
Justin and Steve will work closely with the rest of the leadership team to ensure a smooth transition and build on the strong platform of our existing leadership. We have a terrific team to execute our strategy with intention and progress.
