A refreshed local identity for global beauty icon L'Oréal Groupe. The new workplace brings L'Oréal Groupe's people together in a way that supports both collaboration and individual experiences. Sustainability was a key consideration for L'Oréal Groupe, the Unispace Carbon Calculator tracked embodied carbon across the entire project, achieving a best-in-class A++ rating.

BNZ's 19-level headquarters in Auckland CBD is a connected, energetic 21,000sqm workplace for the leading New Zealand bank. Equal focus is put on customer and staff experience, with spaces for staff to connect and recharge and functional, brand-aligned customer facing areas.
