Rose Williams

Rose has worked in both the ANZ & North America regions, and has extensive experience in the full lifecycle of a project. Her ability to strategically translate clients' goals, and meet their budget and schedule expectations, all with a solutions-focused mindset, allows Unispace projects to be delivered to the highest quality. Rose’s ability to work closely with a wide range of project stakeholders, from executive teams to the local sub-trade market, enables her to ensure all project goals are met and communicated successfully. In 2023, she was named a New York Real Estate Journal Woman in Construction and in 2024, a GlobeSt. Woman of Influence in the Corporate Real Estate Executive category.
