T2 are global tea specialists. But they represent so much more than tea. They challenge the way things are done and have made it their mission to use brews to fuel discussion around diversity, inclusion and sustainability.
T2 partnered with Unispace when facing a lease expiry, with the aim to improve collaboration and sustainability across their business, and better showcase their brand.
Moving to a warehouse space in central Melbourne, gave our design and construction teams a large space to work with, enabling the addition of bespoke features such as a tea workshop, a uniquely branded reception area, open and bright office space, and end of trip facilities.
Overcoming challenges along the way such as issues with natural light, poor acoustics, and high ceilings, the project was completed to a very tight schedule. There was close and consistent collaboration between T2 and Unispace from the very start of the project, with Kate Iles, Head of Store Design commenting, “It was a fast-paced design and build for Unispace so, under the pressure, they performed really well. It’s a really great space to work in.”
