We recently welcomed Mike to Unispace in the role of Service Excellence Principal, based in Zurich, Switzerland. Mike has a well-established career in the construction and leasing sector, which has seen him lead international projects with globally recognised brands, including Swedish retail giant H&M.
“While I have extensive expertise in the retail sector, working with a talented team of workplace specialists is an exciting new opportunity for me. I’m looking forward to identifying ways we can improve the flow between Unispace’s unique Think Create Make methodology to further develop service excellence in alignment with business priorities”, said Mike.
Solution-focused and outcome driven, Mike is a strategic hire who will be integral in ensuring Unispace remains in a strong position as the industry bounces back from the coronavirus pandemic. Mike will be rigorously assessing Unispace construction, supply chain and distribution processes and making recommendations to enhance our client journey, to ultimately maximise the success of the business.
