Joe Shepherd

Joe is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industry spent both in the UK and internationally. Throughout his career Joe has continuously worked for some of the most recognised Global Tier 1 construction brands, commercially leading projects ranging up to £900m in value before consolidating his people and leadership skills as Commercial Director responsible for Business Development, Pre-Construction and then with Business level P&L responsibility. Joe believes strongly in lifelong learning and has attained Fellow designation in the RICS, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has also successfully completed a post graduate Masters in Construction Law. Currently based in our London studio, Joe is responsible for leadership of all Pre-Construction activity and Commercial Management across the EMEA region.
