A new environment to match a pioneering culture
Elekta turned to Downstream to provide a state-of-the-art facility that not only took their guests through an innovative experience, but one unique and targeted for each visitor. It was important to incorporate:

Customized and interactive at every turn
Downstream created an experience within Elekta’s EBC with a motion-triggered innovation wall that celebrates Elekta’s story as visitors walk by, and a reception that welcomes guests with looped content that includes media and upcoming event information. The hospitality suite engages teams and offers a space to relax while the innovation corridor displays an awards gallery through an interactive digital experience - providing learning and exploration.
The focus theater is an immersive experience with pre-programmed content to suit the guests’ interests, and flexible enough to support both casual and non-linear discussions. The demo zone is a full-scale product experience where visitors can explore the latest products by getting hands-on with simulated hardware demonstrations.

Within the new EBC customer experience zones, visitors are provided with tailored and varied options throughout. Innovation is central to the design and embodies every aspect of the facility from product demonstrations to interactive displays. The epicenter of the EBC ecosystem is the highly personalized, engaging customer experience and the CMS that manages and distributes content across Elekta locations globally – unifying their brand.
