We are thrilled to announce that our UBT Auckland project has won Gold at the Designers Institute of New Zealand Best Design Awards 2017, in the Offices and Workplace Environments category.
Following similar principles from UBT's Sydney head office, our Auckland team applied our Think, Create, Make methodology to create a unique coworking space for clients to innovate, collaborate and develop their businesses at UBT Auckland. With the look and feel of a boutique hotel, the space blends an effortless hospitality offering with spaces for collaboration, networking and coworking, taking advantage of the unique curved floor plate to activate each space.

Established in 1988 and led by The Designers Institute of New Zealand, the Best Design Awards is an annual showcase of excellence in graphic, spatial, product, interactive and motion design with a jury of international design peers.
The jury said: “As a combined working space, the restrained palette caters to the different occupiers while still maintaining a personality of its own.”
