Emma Forster Mitrovski speaks with The Courier Mail about the growth of Unispace in QLD

Emma Forster Mitrovski, CEO of ANZ at Unispace, spoke with The Courier Mail about the growth of Unispace’s Queensland business and how this expansion has paved the way for an innovative new Brisbane studio.

Over the past two years, we have achieved record year-on-year review growth across our  QLD operations, including 175 per cent revenue growth in the last financial year and a 300 per cent headcount increase in the past 18 months.

We have expanded and diversified our workplace presence in Brisbane to have 18 projects completed or underway in 2022 – including projects in the life sciences sector and for the likes of FB Rice, CPA Australia and, most recently our own new Brisbane Studio.

“Despite the uncertainty that businesses have experienced over the last few years, we’re seeing our clients prioritising their workplace now more than ever .” - Emma Forster Mitrovski, CEO ANZ, Unispace said.

“One thing we’ve learnt is the importance of connection. Businesses understand the role of the workplace in nurturing culture, attracting and retaining their people and enabling collaborative business thinking”, she said.

Our new Unispace studio, located in The Annex at 12 Creek Street in the Brisbane CBD, showcases our strategy, design, delivery and digital experience capability, will foster greater team collaboration and client co-creation, and support our future growth.
