Throughout the pandemic, logistics and access hurtles have caused a number of construction, delivery, and service challenges. These have varied nationally and globally, and as a result, having an understanding of the global landscape combined with local market knowledge has been crucial to meeting the needs of our global clients. Our on the ground experts have allowed us to move jobs forward with limited interruptions, for a faster and smoother process.

Congratulations to our 2021 winners:

Gold, Commercial Fit-Out Category:

  • Unispace: Auckland Studio
  • Air New Zealand: Pier A – Ground & Engineering Staff Fit-out

Silver, Commercial Fit-Out Category:

  • RocketWerkz: Commercial Bay Penthouse Workplace

Attending the awards, Principal, Construction, Arwen Dickinson, commented, “This was an incredibly competitive year for construction in New Zealand, with the completion of the first new multi-use commercial tower being completed. To have entered three projects and achieve ‘the podium’ with all three is a big recognition of the quality of our integrated design and delivery team and their relationship with the broader sub-contractor market. These projects were major team efforts, everyone involved deserves recognition for their efforts.”

Congratulations to our colleagues, partners and suppliers, as well as all the winners and nominees.
