Throughout the pandemic, logistics and access hurtles have caused a number of construction, delivery, and service challenges. Attending the awards, Principal, Construction, Arwen Dickinson, commented, “This was an incredibly competitive year for construction in New Zealand, with the completion of the first new multi-use commercial tower being completed. To have entered three projects and achieve ‘the podium’ with all three is a big recognition of the quality of our integrated design and delivery team and their relationship with the broader sub-contractor market.
