Unispace’s approach integrates experiential design, placing employee experience at the heart of workspace transformation. A recent project with HP Inc. showcases the power of experiential design through four distinct zones—Techscapes, Playscapes, Socialscapes, and Growthscapes—that foster creativity, social interaction, and personal development. The Techscapes features the use of movable touchscreens that can seamlessly transition from interactive internal meetings and small product launches to large-scale town hall gatherings, offering maximum flexibility. Modular layouts, adjustable partitions, and advanced digital collaboration tools further enhance the adaptability of these spaces, allowing companies to reconfigure environments based on their immediate needs.

A key focus in Unispace’s designs is on wellness, with spaces that enhance employees' well-being. By incorporating natural light, greenery, and quiet zones, their designs promote a healthier, more balanced work environment. Sustainability is also a core element, with eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions integrated into the design, earning projects like the HP office LEED Gold certification.
