Five Unispace project and client teams celebrated the success of their interior fit-outs at the 2026 New Zealand Commercial Project Awards.
We were honoured to received five awards, two gold and three silver, across the Commercial Fit-out Interior category:

Hosted by the Registered Master Builders Association, the annual Commercial Project Awards recognise the best in construction across New Zealand and celebrate the high level of work, collaboration and innovation that is involved in completing these projects.

BNZ HQ, 80 Queen Street, Auckland
Commercial Fit Out, Gold
Bank of New Zealand's Auckland homebase brings together 1,800 Auckland-CBD staff across the 19-level building. BNZ 80 Queen St has been transformed into an energetic, connected vertical campus, providing a place BNZ's staff want to come to, to connect, recharge and focus. With a complex staged construction programme and several big design moves - including the slab cut-out and installation of a two-level grandstand, the resulting workplace is an amazing achievement by the project team - learn more here.
Russell McVeagh, Wellington
Commercial Fit Out, Gold
Russell McVeagh's Wellington is a destination for their people, clients and visitors. The refreshed workplace reflects a long-term investment in the future of Russell McVeagh's people and its place in Wellington city. Majestic Centre, Lobby and End-of-Trip Upgrades, Wellington
Commercial Fit Out, Silver
Majestic Centre, owned by property investor Charter Hall, is one of Wellington's most iconic office towers. The Lobby and End-of-Trip refurbishment has transformed and modernised the building, providing an improved, fit-for-purpose experience for tenants. The lobby brings the outside in with an interior plantscape design that incorporates 40 individual gardens, elevating the user experience and journey.
