Strategic site investment in a live production facility.
Our client needed a partner to deliver a new peptide suite, so they engaged us for conceptual design, front end design, and detailed design deliverables. The €20 million project uses 273 sqm in a previously underutilized space. The project includes 3,600m of piping, utility upgrades, tie-ins, and OEB3 processing.
A gate review process helped streamline CapEx approval for this strategic site investment. We successfully delivered new equipment and process facilities within a live production facility without impacting production targets.
