Philip Nye joins our EMEA team as Client Partnerships Director
We're delighted to introduce Philip Nye, our new Client Partnerships Director for EMEA. Philip brings over 30 years’ experience, a proven track record for driving growth across EMEA and a real passion for agile, intelligent business to Unispace.
Philip’s newly created role is a key strategic position that will see him lead on growth and client relationships across EMEA, as well as overseeing the streamlining of relationships between a number of key business functions.
As Lawrence Mohiuddine, Managing Director Americas & EMEA, explains, “This role is closely aligned with our business development, client relations, strategy and marketing teams, and is pivotal to the future of the EMEA business. Immediate objectives include building stronger client partnerships and driving further growth and capability across the region. There’s a complex mix of specialisms required for this role, and we are delighted to be able to welcome Philip Nye to the business.”
Philip joins Unispace with over 30 years’ experience working with corporate occupiers and real estate investors, with the last 27 years spent building the Project & Development Services (PDS) business at global commercial real estate specialist Cushman & Wakefield.
He was attracted by Unispace’s agile approach, incisive decision making and ‘everywhere local’ ethos. Philip says “I see in Unispace a company that can work seamlessly across borders, with a 'client first' mentality; a company focusing on what’s right for the client and; a company fully aligned from top to bottom to deliver the best possible customer experience.”
While driving growth and further success within EMEA will be at the heart of Philip’s role, his personal ethos also captures the connected, globally local heart of Unispace.
