Focusing on people and processes to maintain healthy, productive and safe construction sites

How we're learning and adapting to new conditions, ensuring safety, and keeping projects on track.

Alongside safety concerns in this COVID-19 environment, maintaining productivity, business confidence, and maximising expenditure and culture are emerging as primary considerations for all organisations and sectors.

For projects that are live on site, we want to give our clients and sub-contractors confidence that we are creating the safest sites possible and that we will continue to deliver on-time and on-budget.

As a global business, we’re constantly adapting, following and sharing the best practice safety measures from our sites across the world to get us, and our clients, back to business as usual.

Compiling the lessons learned from our teams across Europe, the Americas and the Asia Pacific region, we’ve developed a framework to ensure we have the safest sites possible, and that we are consistently providing this level of planning on all of our construction sites globally.

This framework is available to download below, with measures including: Personal protective equipment (PPE), extra hygiene precautions and site set-up protocols*, to the meticulous financial and programme planning. We've got it covered, no matter where in the world a workplace project is running.

*The implementation of safety measures varies across regions and locations, and are tailored to local alert levels and government requirements.

Actively minimising disruption to your projects:

Alongside our site safety processes, we're able to maintain smooth timelines for delivery of strategy, design, and construction projects through: site response plans, an agile and global way of working, secure supply chain, early contractor involvement, and local understanding.

With these measures in place, you can rest assured we have the ability to safely work through, and beyond the current COVID-19 climate. Get in touch to talk to us about keeping your project moving safely.
