In order to attract and retain talent, this pharmaceutical company relocated their EMEA headquarters to a new state-of-the-art facility.

After a successful headquarters project in the US, our client needed an office fit-out for their newly relocated EMEA head office in Zug for 140 staff.

The team at Unispace is a Global Strategic Partner to this pharmaceutical company and helped implement Global Design and Planning Standards, adjusting to local design compliance and the desired design aesthetic within their global standards framework.

The brief was to create a new corporate workspace at their new facility with the client’s new global branding, including logo, corporate colours and environmental graphics within a tight timeframe to help attract and retain their staff and new talent.

The client project leader stated, “Without Unispace we would not have been able to deliver this project in this short timeline”.

The main project drivers were creating a dynamic and collaborative space, so we opted for a large open plan design providing areas for both collaboration and focused work. We installed a variety of connection spaces including booths, huddle rooms and formal meeting rooms, allowing staff to effectively work together across teams.

Using a combination of bright, neutral colours and textures from the company’s branding, the result was a dynamic and vibrant workplace. A neutral palette of materials and finishes were incorporated throughout the space.

We integrated functional furniture to provide a variety of choice including bench seating, high tables and soft sofa seating in the collaboration the workspace and pantry areas in order for our client to fully maximise their newly acquired space.
